Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, with a strong foundation in financial reporting and data analysis.

Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software, with the ability to leverage technology for process optimization.

In-depth understanding of accounting principles, particularly in cost allocation and inventory management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders clearly and effectively.
