Job Description

Essential Job Functions
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results.
  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and capital investment decisions.
  • Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Must have experience in automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Must be able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.


  • Experience in manufacturing environment required.
  • Strong MS Excel and ERP system experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and administrative skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification preferred
  • Proven corporate-level experience as a controller in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

Originally a Maine native, Chris joined the staffing world in 2018 when he and his wife moved to PA to be closer to her family.
