Job Description
Our client is seeking to hire a Consumer Insight & Strategy Manager to build go-to-market strategic plans. The Sr. Manager will be the SME for industry knowledge & trends, our competition, and will keep a pulse on consumer needs, priorities, and expectations. You will direct consumer research projects to gain relevant insights and should possess intellectual curiosity with an action-oriented mindset – to deliver business results.
Qualifications:
• Typically requires 5- 7 years of experience.
• Three-plus years of project management experience.
• We would like to emphasize the importance of having a background in conducting and analyzing original research.
• This position will be heavily research focused, so having demonstrated experience in research design, collecting and analyzing data, and drawing logical conclusions from the data is something we believe needs to be emphasized.
• Excellent communication skills: written communications and presentation skills.
• Data analytics, synthesis, and utilization to formulate strategic marketing initiatives.
• Competitive intelligence analysis.
• Project management.
• Conducting consumer research: Research design creation and deployment with 3rd party vendors.
• Analysis of life insurance industry data.
