A dynamic finance opportunity is open for an experienced Consolidations professional to play a key role in a high-impact reporting function. This role offers direct interaction with senior stakeholders and clear visibility across global operations. It’s ideal for someone with a strong foundation in consolidated reporting and a desire to step into a leadership track.
Snapshot of the Role
- Oversee periodic consolidation processes for a large, diverse entity structure
- Compile comprehensive financial statements with a focus on precision and compliance
- Partner with regional finance leads and technical experts to validate and interpret financial data
- Provide insight and direction on accounting treatments across varying frameworks
- Lead initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and improve accuracy
- Flexibility with remote and in-office collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; advanced education is advantageous
- Extensive background in consolidation and financial reporting in complex structures
- Working knowledge of major accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP)
- Familiarity with large-scale ERP/consolidation tools
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and adapting in fast-moving environments

A highlight of her travel adventures is summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Sarah also loves ballroom dancing, scuba diving, and Broadway shows. She is also involved in the community and several non-profits in the Philadelphia area.
