Cash Application Analyst

Job Description
This job seeks a Cash Applications Analyst to support the posting of various payments, ensure data accuracy, perform quality checks, research payments, and maintain internal controls while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Support the team in posting premium payments, non-premium payments, vendor payments, and conducting research.
- Ensure that client account numbers and payment amounts are entered accurately.
- Perform cross-checks to maintain the quality and integrity of data entered.
- Adhere to internal controls and MAR controls.
- Accurately input premium cash payments into the PeopleSoft AR system and CATS system.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in Cash, Billing, Finance, or Operations departments.
- Cash experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of web-based applications is a plus.

Today, Alexa is co-Founder of Top Stack and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer where she is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
Alexa resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Liam, and son, Clark. Alexa until recently served on the board of The Caring Center where she chaired the fundraising committee. She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and participates in their Women’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, Alexa serves on the Germantown Friends School Parents Committee. She enjoys travel, working out, cooking, and an excellent single malt scotch.
