Job Description
Our customer, a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience in engineering and installation services to enhance cell phone coverage inside buildings, including 4G, 5G, and CBRS Private LTE, is seeking an experienced and energetic Business Development Executive.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for directing all sales activities in the region, including new account acquisition and managing existing accounts. You will be responsible for the overall success of the sales cycle, utilizing broad discretion to achieve sales goals within company standards and policies. You will also be responsible for updating the sales pipeline in the CRM system and coordinating with the engineering department to complete proposals.

Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-10 years of increasing experience in field sales and carrying a quota, as well as a track record of achieving quota results. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.
