Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for reporting of AR and AP including:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet and general journal postings 
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

  • 3+ years’ experience with QuickBooks
  • 3+ years’ experience bookkeeping
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Prior experience in a CPA firm preferred
  • Ability to work independently and relate to clients
  • Strong communication skills
