Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and summaries.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Handle payroll and related tasks, if applicable.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
