Top Stack's client in Philadelphia is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc client invoices for billing attorneys review and approval
  • Edit and finalize client invoices on request
  • Process monthly electronic billings per client guidelines to e-billing websites
  • Provide management with updated billing forecasts on a weekly basis
  • Keep communication open with attorneys regarding billing frequency, special requirements and any unusual billing instructions
  • Provide accurate client information as requested by attorney and legal assistants
  • Work on additional projects as needed
  • Responsible for actioning all e-billing issues for assigned attorneys

 

Requirements:
  • Ability to handle a fluctuating workload based on current demand as assigned
  • Proficient at prioritizing requests to meet deadlines
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Legal Billing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the different types of legal billing a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Must be proactive, work well under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and reliable, have the ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment
  • Professional and courteous communication with clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff is a must
  • High School diploma (or G.E.D.) required, bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Law firm experience preferred

Emily was born and raised in New England and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island. She currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys the beach, working out, and spending time with her family.
