Job Description


We are seeking a Billing Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts as it relates to billing. This is a direct hire, remote opportunity. 

Responsibilities:
  • Research and respond to billing inquiries
  • Review AP Aging Reports
  • Utilize excel daily (pivots and VLOOKUP) 
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Billing/AR
  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
