Job Description

Our client, is searching for an Assistant Director of FP&A to join their team. This position will be on a hybrid work from home/office schedule out of Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts, which will include establishing budget tools, setting timelines and acting as project manager for the company, ensuring all budgets are accurate, comprehensive, and completed on time.
  • Prepare and monitor the company's long-range strategic planning models.
  • Manage the reforecasting process.
  • Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the company's strategic objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis and concepts into the monthly presentations to the Management Committee and quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide detailed financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation support for new product development, long-term contracts, and other ad-hoc financial projects.
  • Directly supervise four analysts and is responsible for their output and training.
  • Cross-train and leverage staff in order to cover absences and to accommodate both typical and unexpected changes in workflow.
  • Assist with the transition of financial enterprise systems and all of the associated financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field is required.
  • Must have 5+ years of financial analysis experience, and 2+ years at a manager level.

Even though she has switched gears to the recruiting industry, she still finds fulfillment in helping people, although different than through healthcare.

While graduating from Shenandoah University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in athletic training, she won outstanding graduate in exercise science and student-athlete of the year. Her love for sports started as early as four years old playing soccer and continued while competing at her college. She had the opportunity to play at the Nike Headquarters in high school and is proud to say that she holds the record for most assists in a single season at Shenandoah University.

Rebecca lives in Glassboro, NJ with her boyfriend. She loves to play soccer, partake in trivia nights, cook, and travel! A goal of hers is to visit all 50 states and visit at least 1 country on every continent (excluding Antarctica). Her top 3 favorite trips to date were to Uruguay, Haiti, and Italy. Rebecca looks forward to warm weather, hikes with incredible views, trying different cuisines, and taking time to relax with a good book and a glass of wine.
