Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Manage and oversee AR team operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders and reconciliations.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal teams and customers regarding billing inquiries.
- Monitor aging reports, collections, and manage bad debts and refunds.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of AR or collections experience, including supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial systems like Intacct and NetSuite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

But don’t be fooled by Sandi’s homebody-type hobbies, Sandi can be found dancing across Center City or at high-energy concerts with friends on Saturday nights.
