Job Description
Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee a team managing shared service accounting responsibilities within Record to Report (R2R) processes. This role ensures the accurate, timely production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting the financial close process. This position involves preparing and reviewing financial analytics, approving accounting entries, and supporting tax reporting and audit processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly close process, supporting financial statement production.
- Review and approve monthly accounting entries in the general ledger system.
- Develop processes to ensure transactions align with policy and GAAP.
- Perform financial analysis and create management reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with broad-based knowledge of accounting, finance, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, tax reporting, and GAAP.
