A financial services company in Philadelphia is seeking an Accounting Manager (Investments) to join their team.
Oversee GAAP reporting, manage month-end closing, and lead financial reporting processes. This role involves investment accounting, variance analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while mentoring a team of accounting professionals.

- Expertise in variance analysis, financial reporting, and automation of accounting workflows.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with investment managers, auditors, and external stakeholders is a plus.
