A dynamic manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership on key strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Own core accounting functions including month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and detailed account reconciliations across multiple entities
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies
- Create and maintain weekly sales and quarterly commission reports that inform leadership strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes, optimize systems, and support operational excellence
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and experience working with modern ERP systems
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.) and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels
