Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high service standards throughout each account’s lifecycle.
- Coordinate new account implementations and renewals.
- Identify service trends using benefits administration technology and develop corrective actions.
- Communicate benefits plan details, regulations, and legislation to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in account management with proficiency in medical, dental, life, and other benefits.
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Sales Manager
Nuria is a Sales Manager within Top Stack’s technology division.
She has a genuine ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life and industries. Her favorite aspect of this industry is seeing the candidate grow through each phase of their career. Nuria serves as the Co-President of the Blacks in Technology, Tampa Chapter, taking pride in the organization’s educational resources, job opportunities, and because it is a great networking platform for people from all walks of life that otherwise would not receive this type of connection. Prior to joining Top Stack, she was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2020 where she managed partnership with key federal accounts in the Orlando market. Nuria is a graduate from Valencia College.
Nuria has a sweet adoration for her three nieces and two dogs, Gracie and Midnight. During her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf, and traveling. She aspires to travel to Europe to enjoy a summer in Croatia and Greece, as well as take her mom to the French Open in Spain.
