Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will handle a mix of administrative tasks, high-volume recruiting for specialized roles, and project-based process improvements while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
 
COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage onboarding processes, including drug screening and background checks.
  • Manage recruitment requests weekly, collaborating with internal customers and staffing agencies to fill roles within the different operations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and update best practices.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years in a recruitment or HR role preferred, with potential for mentorship and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple recruitment tasks, and maintain resilience under scrutiny.
  • Comfortable working with minimal management and adept at adapting to changing priorities.
