Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Oversee project elements of the business case, including eliciting requirements, conducting requirements analysis, and managing communication and testing activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic and support plans for organizational initiatives.
- Support request for proposal (RFP) activities by delivering functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria, scoring results, demo scenarios, and evaluation results.
- Facilitate the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans, including management and approval processes.
- Support the execution of process improvement initiatives by creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
- Experience with project management software, data analysis tools, and reporting applications.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, along with experience in process improvement techniques.
