Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and personalized propensity models
- Support customer engagement and lifecycle strategy design
- Analyze business and marketing performance to inform company-level decisions
- Create impactful business recommendations and support omni-channel communication experiments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) and marketing analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with an adherence to deadlines
