Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:

- Accurately process customer orders through the company's CRM and accounting system, ensuring timely and precise data entry.
- Monitor and track orders from submission through delivery, providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams about potential delays or changes.
- The company fosters a collaborative work culture, where the customer service team works closely with sales, production, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and CRM tools.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
