Job Description


We are seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Community Engagement Coordinator to lead initiatives that connect our organization with the community, focusing on relationship-building with local organizations, nonprofits, and public entities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY  HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with various public, private, and nonprofit entities.
  • Identify and assess new community engagement initiatives and develop strategic outreach programs.
  • Represent the organization at community meetings, resource fairs, and events.
  • Coordinate and lead events to increase community awareness, including seasonal fairs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • HS diploma with 3 years of exp working with youth, Associates with 2 year of working with youth, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related experience working with youth.

Today, Alexa is co-Founder of Top Stack and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer where she is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.

Alexa resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Liam, and son, Clark. Alexa until recently served on the board of The Caring Center where she chaired the fundraising committee. She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and participates in their Women’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, Alexa serves on the Germantown Friends School Parents Committee. She enjoys travel, working out, cooking, and an excellent single malt scotch.
